hi, your a little off on the date, and this piece is not victorian. this piece was made by Fenton in the 30's-40's range. im not quite sure about the date but i know it was after 1920. it is called an ivy bowl and should have a black diamond shaped glass stand. the bowl would sit on the stand. the stand is a hard to find item... here is a link to one on ebay. im positive your piece was made by fenton.

the person selling the praticular one on ebay wants more for it than it is worth. you could probably get around $50 or so for you bowl, or IF you could find the stand i would say $150+ for the stand and bowl. hope this infor helps.

    thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the information Fenton-hobnail, I bought as a piece to collect I had no idea of the maker, age or purpose of this bowl, it just struck my fancy and seem of very high quality, since I only paid $20.00 for it, I would say I did well enough, guess ill be on the look out for the stand to complete the set.

Thanks CindyJune! I also have a bowl that would match your set perfectly as well!
