While working in Michigan one of the vendors was cleaning out their grandparents attic. I showed up with another coworker as they were throwing out items. I stopped this and asked if it was for sale. They gave it to me for FREE. At that time, he stated that it was probably 100 years hold. It is hammered and very well made, if it is actually 100 years old. My imagination tells me that it was used for lighting. What do you think?
