I had a very good day today rummaging around in three thrift shops. These pieces came from the same shop where I found my 14k gold Illusion Diamond necklace which is also posted here. All these pieces are stamped "925". The spangle amber ring is hand made. There is a silversmith mark inside the band but I can't make it out yet. Need to clean it some more. There's an applied black backing on the amber to make the spangling really stand out. Not quite sure what sort of material it is yet.

Beautiful love amber..I've not seen any in our neck of the woods though. My jewelry collecting has hit a slump since my friend is stuck in production at Salvation. She's suppose to be back up front by next week. I not holding my breath though. :)
Mike - I hope she does come back to the front desk. I would hate to see goodies meant for you fall into the wrong hands! I'm lucky with the shops here. They think amber is just plastic, so nobody looks for silver marks. Most of the time, nobody looks for marks on any kind on jewelry!

Mike, agree with Bonnie, I hope your clerk gets back to her position and you start collecting your goodies again, it's awful when people get the good stuff that don't appreciate it or share it here with their friends. :)

I tried to look up the earrings in their eBay store, but the original article was from 2014. I did see very similar stud earrings that had a price of $28.53.
