Came across this neat complete set of Disney's early figurines.
Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs... Cool, right?
But don't know much about it :\
Doesn't anyone know any information about this set.
They are marked "Japan" on the bottom and
believe it's made of either ceramic or bisque.
I would like to know... Date? Estimated Value?
And any other info. that would be great.
    I'll appreciated, Thanks!

Hi, This is a Snow White and the seven dwarfs set from the 1930's. They are made of Bisque and made in Japan. They were made in a few different sizes.
6 1/2inch's tall Snow white and dwarfs 5 inch's tall. Worth $350 in good condition $450 if mint. More with original box.
5 inch Snow white and 3 1/2 dwarf set is worth. The same as larger set.
      In Box $700.00 to $750.00
There is also a musical set.
These are all prices from a Disney Collector guide.
      Hope this helps.

Collectors guides are always inflated and mint objects, but great for identification, and never take the economy into consideration. Here they are appraised at around $250. I have seen them go as high as $400. And a some pieces alone sold for $45 a piece.

These are cool! There were three different sized bisque figures. They are hand-painted from Japan and were distributed in 1938 and 1939 by the George Borgfeldt Co. in NYC.
