Here's my second half price day pick from Salvation. A beautiful Bohemian amber glass decanter with three matching glasses. The glasses I found in another section priced separately. There should be six but the others have gone missing. Judging from the condition of the gilding it appears to have never been used. The heavy stopper is ground as is the neck of the decanter for an air tight fit. Nice 24K gilt bands and a rose design decorate the decanter and glasses. I love how the neck has a bowl shaped collar to catch drips so they don't run down the side. Now what should I put in it ?? -Mike-

Two things stand out for me... the chunky bases on the glasses and that black stopper that provides such a great contrast to the amber! What a nice set Mike!
Thanks Rick :)...the stopper is actually amber but since it's solid piece of glass it might as well be black...lol.
Give that beauty a bath and put some good bourbon in it. The color matches. :)
