Has a leather label not exactly sure what it is but its hand blown glass with a crest. Not sure about the history of it for it belonged to my great granny. Who has seen one? I think its neat

You'll have to tell us more. What does the label say/look like? What was written on the glass? What does the bottom look like or say? Is that a plastic stopper in it?
