Original soviet DOSAAF badge. Made from heavy metal. Date of issue 1957. With original document. Quite rare badge even for russian market.

DOSAAF (Russian: ??????), full name Volunteer Society for Cooperation with the Army, Aviation, and Fleet (Russian: ???????????? ???????? ?????????? ?????, ??????? ? ?????), was a paramilitary sport organization in the Soviet Union, concerned mainly with weapons, automobiles and aviation. The society was established in 1927 as OSOAVIAKhIM and from 1951 to 1991 carried the name of DOSAAF.

As a translator, i kind of have a problem with the word "cooperation" as it appears in Wiki. The meaning is really closer to "support" or "assistance to...".
Volunteer Organization (or Society) for Assistance (or Support) to the Army, Aviation and Fleet...something like that....
