A beautiful reprint of Histoire Naturelle des Poissons. I picked this up at Urban Ore today to give to a friend of mine who is the Ichthyologist at the Oakland Museum. Someone tried to buy it from me in the line, but i had already made up my mind to give it to my friend.

Purchased this same print in Canada from a specialty paper goods store, beautiful reprints on Italian Archival quality paper. Great gift for my nephew the fisherman.

Love it !! I had a vintage heavy thick old poster one from about the 1960's or 1970's era published by company for the Gov't of Canada. It was an original to show the fish species in lakes in the Province. It was done very well.....and was wanted by a few people BIG Time. That was about 5 years ago. Got for free as it was given to me by a friend that said whatever I could sell it for -- Go for it and keep the money. I sold it for like $$$.$$
So A Great piece!! I love these too. Our family would go to the lake to do some Boating and Fishing....and yes I know how to Fillet...LOL
