    I love my Jersey Cow from Jersey.
    Very realistically modelled, carved from one piece.
    Dated & labelled.

    Here's what I could find out about L'Etacq, Jersey.
    This article from 1986, suggesting they operated from the 1950s,

    Until their demise in 2012, to make way for luxury housing.
    It makes for sad reading about the decline and loss of craft industries like this in recent years.
