I am not wure what kind of table this is supposed to be...?

I bought it from an auction site, so I couldn't see it really close.

I can't find any kind of marking.

    thanks!

Looks like a one drawer stand.

I use them for nightstands in our bedrooms. I have seen them used in entrance ways/ hallways as well.

It is hard to tell the age of yours without additional photos. A photo of the drawer joint would help in determining age.

What is the piece on the back for with a hole on each side?
    3. scottvez scottvez, 8 years ago
Don't know-- could just be a decorative backsplash or a later addition.

It appears to extend beyond the edge at the bottom, which would suggest it is something applied later. Some pictures of the back showing how it is attached would help.

Your camera images are very grainy-- hard to see much in them.

I took the picture with my Ipad.
It is in really bad shape the closer I look at it.
A lot of glue, nails, and mismatched hardware.
It looks like someone let their kid play "Wood Shop" with it.

Strong lighting will often help with photos-- may want to play around with your lighting and photo controls to increase the quality of your pics.

      Thanks for sharing!
