Those who dislike the circa dates may not care for this I am thinking circa 1950s. This has the MA in the phone number which I believe went out of fashion in the 1960s.
Johnny Weissmuller was an Olympic swimmer with many gold medals before he became Tarzan so his name was a natural fit for swimming pools. These were above ground pools.
Got to use my vintage vaporizer to remove the price tag. It was not 100% successful but removing a price sticker from a 60 year old piece of cardboard is bound to have problems.

Nice...amazing something so fragile survived. Nothing wrong with an educated guess Fort....Circa dates are a safety nets and even museums use them. I never realized it actually bothered people. I just can't figure out why knowing the exact millisecond something was created could be so important. :)

Cool fan but the photo seems a stretch for an above ground pool ad!

I agree with the estimated age. No zip-code, which came out in the 1960s.

Thank you very much Mike. It is true there are some who don't care for the circa dating. For a lot of items it is difficult as there is no information.

Thank you very much racer4four. It is a bit of a stretch.

Thank you very much SpiritBear. I noticed there was no zip but I forgot about that for dating it.

That is something that always annoys me - shops putting price stickers with industrial strength glue on delicate items. You did well to remove it without damage.

Yes elanski I have had many battles with price stickers from antiques dealers. I removed this with little damage there is still sticker residue. One would think they would know better than to put the sticker on 60 year old paper.
