    Can any one tell what this is??????

    Its about 8 inches in length.

    It says "Made in Norway" on the side

    It seems to be made out of a light metal like aluminum or pot metal

      Hi!
      this is a universal handle for flat files,
      The tang fits into slot at base of handle and the forward facing arm rests on the file.
