I like the scene from the 1700s its very romantic and pretty.
It is made of ceramic with a C clasp and I think from the 1930s?
It is marked West Germany on the back of the brooch.I found this in a garage sale for 50c a few years ago.

West Germany came into being in 1945, so that should help with dating.
