I need help to identify who made this item, it is copper on steel i think. it is very heavy there are marking they read flcr 578 as you can see in the picture

    Did you ever find anything more about the stand? I have one very similar but it has a 3 bulb lamp on a rod that extends about 2 feet upwards from the table. Thanks for any information you can give. -Kevin

    Missing a cigarette container which may have been on the middle indentation, it looks around 1940's to me and probably was made by one of the many lamp companies that made so many of the ashtrays, in a lot of instances, probably not here, there was a matching standing lamp made.
