My mother bought it in Lafayette in 1961 for $500. I've never seen another like it. I still can't get her to part with it, though not for lack of trying. LOL. We have eaten, played games, and done homework on this table. I absolutely love it. The first two pictures are of Mama's table. The second two pictures are of a table I just purchased. It has to be from the same manufacturer. The tops are identical.
I cannot find any information on these tables. Does anyone know who made them? Who designed them? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!
That is a really interesting set of furniture. I like how it goes from being compact to becoming a couch.
