That is a beautiful plate and has a Rosenthal look to it. The backstamp is not listed as Rosenthal as far as I can find and I couldn't find it on my list.
I'm sure someone else will know more.

Hutschenreuther made the porcelain plate, the over glaze stamp was the company who painted the plate.
