Several months ago, I was looking at a really lovely Ib Kofod Larsen chair in a L.A danish furniture store. They were charging close to $900 for just the chair. Including shipping/handling + tax, it's close to $1000... I was disappointed and I decided to keep looking. After several weeks of searching, I found this lovely chair + ottoman for reasonably lower price. To me, that ottoman is just a bonus. I am delighted and decided to negotiate a little bit more. Turns out I get a pretty sweat deal and it was finally shipped. It was at one point "lost in transition" for a few weeks before it finally safely arrived to our home. Thank God.
This chair will mainly be used by my pregnant wife for her reading and feeding session. I considered myself blessed to obtain these pieces of history.
