Ceramics say such a lot about our social past as well as being a work of art in many instances. There is an infinite variety of styles as well as uses although some are purely for sensory enjoyment. Busts and Figurines and all types of sculpture are my particular favourites - although Jugs and Teapots run a close second.

The cadogan teapot is really nice. I had a version of the Parian sculpture myself over twenty years ago but it remains with the former partner.
The Japanese? bowl is nice too!
