    I have had these buttons that belonged to my father and was curious as to age? Weather civil war. Any information on them will be of great help. Some of the writings on button. L. laburnum Newark 2.largest button make out Newark 3.waterbury co. 4. b&s manf. co. 6. scovillewaterbury 1 no mark the other one same mark listed

      The design featuring an eagle with the round star filled thing (the glory) above it's head dates this to 1902-present. I'd say the two large blackened ones date to about the WWI period, and the smaller brass one is more recent than the other two - If I had to take a wild guess, I'd say WWII or later.

      Sorry, but I can't help with the Eagle & Anchor buttons
