Here is a Bzz Bzz!
Life size, very realistic, I found it at flea (fly!) market more than 25 years ago.
The wings are in one piece, pinched by the thorax part.
Look like carved blond horn, but may be an old yellowed plastic.
I saw some old terracotta busts of a child crying with one of this on his nose, from how it is soldered on the pick, I'm rather sure it is for that.
Of course, as facetious, I fooled my guests and friends many times with sticking it on the cheese, lol!
LOL you must have so much fun with your bugs :-) I wonder if you ever wear them and peoples reactions ? love them so fun
It is very ironic that when I looked at the first pic, a very small (and annoying) fly began flying around my computer screen. Typing this, I got hit in the face by it.

I saved the fly from beeing smashed many times... if I had a face piercing, I may wear it...
