1950 or 1960 mid century modern magazine rack? Made of metal. Has a neat shape to it. Or maybe it would have been used in a bathroom. Not so sure.

Hi there...My thoughts was it is a Telephone / Magazine holder. As sometimes the phone would sit on the top part......Might you....people also had ashtray sitting up there too

There was ( probably ) at one time some wood ( like the side panels ) in the top part, and the side top part....these might have been lost over time
