    Style: 979
    Cover 314/23

I bought them 20 years ago at an antique dealer in Lucketts, VA.

Have used them all this time and they haven't worn much. I think they are from the 1940's. Curious what others think or if anything might be known about their origins.

    thanks!

Update, I sold these in May of 2016 to a woman in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, for $999.00 (US). I shipped them by truck, on her dime. Thanks for looking! Still curious if anyone ever sees a similar set. Closest thing I have seen is in the "black lodge" scenes in the TV series "Twin Peaks."
