I've had this sign around 30 years and am unable to find out anything about it. I have no idea the age or the value.
The sign reads, "Sorry CLOSED for the NIGHT Open Tomorrow with ICE COLD Coca-Cola".

I would call it a "made up" piece. Yes, they even faked things back in the 70's and 80's. The hand and bottle is from the 50's and the type font looks 7o-80 ish. Of course I could be wrong, but don't think so.
