I've become a big fan of Navajo pottery over the years. I've bought many pieces over the years in my travels throughout Utah & Arizona. These are 2 of my favorites! I bought them in a place called Bitter Springs, about 25 miles from Lake Powell. This is a truly beautiful area with some of the most unusual scenery I've ever seen. The best place to buy is always direct from the Navajo people who set up their tables at various scenic overlooks. The pieces I'm posting are mainly from this area & the area between Flagstaff & Sedona Arizona.

Can you tell me who the artist is for these beautiful angels? I recently bought on in TX, but know nothing about her. She has to be created by the same artist as these. I would love to know more,
Hi, Mabrowntn! The one sitting is signed "Niya" Navajo, the other is unsigned. I bought them about 7 years ago. I'm sorry that's all the info I have & I love mine as well!
