Vintage old man, woman with hand on hip feeding birds ducks or geese with big hand on hip.

7 1/4" height
4 5/8" wide
3 1/2: deep

Impressed initials CB on base of figurine
7778 in red orange ink maker's mark which is very faded.

I purchased from 3rd hand store years ago. I liked the face. Does anyone know anything? Probably a fake.
