This is a Sessions Clock Co. eight day, half hour chime, cathedral gong, turn back clock. I found it at my Mothers house after she recently passed away. Does anybody know anything about it? There is a receipt inside of it for a repair in 1973, on the receipt I can see very feint writing and it says 1918. Not sure if that is the year or how much the charge for the repair was.
The gong works great but I cannot keep it running. I plan to take it to a clock repair shop today.
