Beautiful piece of Loetz Art Glass.
I believe its a variant of Genre 2/207. Whichever attribution, his seen line is a tour de force of surface decoration.
The base glass is straw-coloured, with copper-brown stains and a silvery blue and gold metallic iridescence.
Thanks to Deb's suggestions, I have changed attributions on PG 7499
