I have four of these beautiful and unique chairs. I love them.... I don't have any other info. about them, so unfortunately I can't share much about them. They do have Knoll International stickers on the bottom of all four, but I don't know who designed or made them?
If anyone has any info. they can share with me about them, I sure would appreciate it! THANK YOU~

Hi MamaBeBo,
These are "Chippendale" side chairs designed by Post-modernist architect Robert Venturi, ca. 1984, and made/marketed by Knoll.
Chadakoin~ THANK YOU! Now when people ask me about them... I can share a little bit more information then "I love them!" :)
mama, do you still have these beautiful chairs?
sonambient~ I do still have them :) Thought about selling them... but people always comment on how they LOVE them. Little did I know what art pieces they were.... they are my every day kitchen table chairs, believe it or not! My now 20 year old grew up using them and they are well loved. ~
