Rocolene rocker style oil can

Does anyone have any info on this company? The name is Rocolene, made by the Republic Oil Company. The internet did not reveal any information on this particular item. I do know that it is a rocker style oil can and I have not seen other brands like this. I am a collector and would like to have an idea of the value of the item for informational purposes only, if anyone has an idea, it would be a great help.
