Don't know what it is, but I sure do like it! Hopefully, someone can help you with this. If not, Facebook has a group page that helps to identify American Vintage Pottery.

The centralization of the numbers and their style suggests Dümler & Breiden.
I agree with Vet on this possibly being WGP.
