Found this at a thrift store this past weekend and absolutely love it. The design is so delicate and such clean lines. Don't know how old it is or who made this, but I sure wish I could find it's mate. I believe, but not sure, that this might be EAPG.

correct, this is EAPG: U.S. Glass #15086 'Mirror Plate' c1904 (AKA: Galloway) with replacement stopper
