This is such a beautiful light blue and I love the seashells on it, the legs are also very ornate I love the look.

I think it was made by Vallerystahl/Portieux in France....circa 1890's .

Westmoreland was the first to make this 'Shell & Dolphin' and Vallerysthal followed. It fairly easy to differentiate, as the shells touch each other on the Vallersthal version and Westmoreland's design has spacing between the shells. This one is Vallerysthal...
