I found this painting on canvas at an estate sale, here in South Georgia. It is signed Jasper, but it is folded on the frame and you don't see the entire picture. I am not sure if this is a first name or last name because I don't want to damage it in any way. I love the painting, it is big as you can tell. Please offer any advice if possible. Should I take it off of the frame and fold it out or just leave it as it is? How old do you think this is? I have done some research on Jasper but haven't seen anything remotely like this one. Thanks in advance.
