    Wood handle, horn shaped with metal blunt edged blade secured by 2 screws. Metal blade is 3" wide at end. May have been used for shaving wood, but that would be such a small amount of wood to pull at one stroke.

      Seems you have an old spoke-shave or draw knife. Just too rusty to use !

      If I'm reading your pictures correctly the blade is held perpendicular to the sole and there is no slot for material to curl through. That would make this a "toothing" plane; not really a plane in the traditional sense but a scraping device used to roughen a flat surface before gluing down veneer.

      That is a scraper plane.
