These antique pitchers were passed down to me by my mother in law. They are only 4.5inches tall. There are displayed in my dining room. I would love to know more about them.

These are Japanese, obviously by the same maker, but a bit of a puzzle as the marks are so different. Rotate the six character mark 90 degrees counter clockwise. The six character mark reads down, right stack: Dai Nichi Hon, Great Japan, left stack, first two kanji, kiln or artist, bottom kanji Zo, made. Use the link, scroll down to Dai Nipon, Mark 1039, similar but not yours.
Rotate the four character mark 90 degrees clockwise. Right stack reads down Nichi Hon, Japan, left stack, artist or kiln, bottom kanji, Zo. I can't find the artist/kiln marks in usual Japanese references.
