It's been some time since I added anything to this sub-section of my Art Deco glass. Worth the wait though as this is an especially fine example..... both in the quality of the painting and of the workmanship of the EPNS top. The scenery goes full circle round the entire jar.

Dromadary you think?
Well Karen, I had to look this up, as I've got this wrong before! A dromedary is an Arabian camel bred for racing with a single hump and slender legs. A Bactrian camel has two humps and is used as a beast of burden in the cold deserts of Central Asia.
So in the deserts of the Nile.....and only a silhouette to go on, call it what you will :)
