I have one military 12" Joe talking, only 2 recordings, body, uniform in good condition.Face looks SOTW from my research. I submitted rear info for identification. Second Joe 12" appears to be red head sailor with scar, rear info submitted. I am not an aficionado but would like era and quality. Thank you

The talking foreign head GI Joe is an interesting piece. It is from the Talking GI Joe Soldiers of the World Adventure Pack. It came with talking foreign head GI Joe dressed in the US army uniform and came with the accessory cards for the German, Russian and Japanese sets but not the uniforms. He could be fairly valuable even if he only says two things. Probably 1967-1968.
The second one was made 1964-1965. The uniform is the Shore Patrol set from the same era. The pants and top were also sold separately same time period.
Outstanding fortapache, thanks for the info. I was confused on the foreign head on a speaking Joe. I am learning as I go along. This getting to be an interesting learning experience.
