I am completely clueless about this lamp. I got it at auction about three years ago (i like weird stuff) and haven't seen another even remotely similar. No idea about the maker (or even the continent), its age, or its ballpark value. I am stumpeddd.
Any info - even well-crafted lies - would be much appreciated.
