From France are not only the finest antique jewelry but also all kinds of other wonderful items around antique jewelry. One of these things is this little French vitrine cabine, copper very nicely decorated. I have been many such cases encountered but these are generally similar boxes. A closet in this form, I have not seen so often. Very elegant and beautiful in a really big display to make small jewelry.
Measures: 5.0 x 3.5 x 2.6" (15 cm high 9 cm wide and 6.5 cm deep).

Very thick cut front glass seen in ormolu French picture frames. Greenish tint and magnifying properties. Almost impossible to get replaced, too small to manipulate and polish. Probably feasible but costly.
