Found this at the local Goodwill. Decanter is 12" tall by 5" across at the widest point. Hand blown with base ground and polished, engraves name on bottom. The stopper and decanter both have the same number (26) engraved on them. Glassworks in Belgium. Lucky for me, the pricers at this GW have no idea what something like this is worth(a lot more than $4!)
