Etching, Polo ponies, Ocean, Riviera? Karl Mauser

HELP PLEASE!!! driving me crazy this is.

I have not been able to find out anything about this etching at all! Framed all that showed was the signature the only letter that's readable is K , The name looks Hawaiian so I thought was a print from Waikiki polo club.

After un framing behind the matt is the name of the print and the artist name I thought I solved it but there is no record of him I can find. It's a very old etching I am sure its a good piece of art no one made one etching. I thinking from a book who knows?

I think say something like "Riders on the beach" in French Name looks like Karl Mauser not the signature at all. Only 5" x 6" exposed part.
