No markings. they are 2 1/4 . I had no clue, and thought Tootsietoy at first. Searched the web and seen the artist drawing on a Londontoy box on ebay. Looked pretty much identical. Posted to one of the few fb collecting page and a Londontoy collector confirmed. Just a fluke really, as I would have bought them regardless.
