The only thing it says is liquor bottle on bottom with a 0 on top and 65 7 69 under it. Can anyone tell me anything about it and maybe if it has value. Thank you

Kentucky Bourbon. That's the Kentucky Derby blanket of roses.
1969 Heaven Hill Bourbon. Yours is from 1969 (Second number on bottom)

Yours has a replaced stopper.
In 1972 Riva Ridge #7 won the derby. But this decanter was made several years before! Just coincidence they used #7! The second number on the bottom is the year produces. The first #65 is the model # or design #.
