Recently purchased at a yard sale and looking for more information:) It has t rowatts and sons on the wick adjuster and is marked on the cast iron base. would like to know more about the company.

I know lamps but not European ones. There should be some information on this British Company on-line. I remember the name Rowatt from my bottle digging days.....we used to find old rectangular food jars with that name on it. RER(BOB)
