Another Fendi Necktie - Pouring liquid from one bottle to another, over a spoon? What is that about?

Another silk Fendi tie -- this one impressed me mostly because it is so weird. What is going on in this picture? why would you pour something from one bottle into another over a spoon???? And why would you wear that around your neck, let alone memorialize it in a silk weaving??
