My Grandmother gave me this doll around 20 years ago, I was only 5 so I never asked anything about it or anything like that. She passed away in 2003 and I've tried searching on the internet about what kind of doll it could be but haven't found anything. Any information on it would be great! :)
P.S. The hands, feet and head seem to be made of porcelain and the rest is polyester filled.
Harlequin porcelain doll which was likely new when you received it . Many companies produced these types of dolls and most were imports from Asia . Very nice you have kept her but to find another one exactly like her would require looking at a lot of dolls but I would try ebay and see if you scroll through you will find one like yours .

Thank you both. I'm not trying to find another like it, I was just curious as to what kind of doll it was. I've never seen another like it.
