This chair has been in my family for many years but no one remembers who it belonged to or where it came from. I have never seen another one like it with its unusual twisted style. I would welcome any information anyone can give me regarding the age or maker.

We have a rocking chair with the IDENTICAL spindles. It is made of popler and has a cane seat. We purchased it on auction in 1973 and were told it was early 20th century, about 1910. until I saw this chair, I had never seen another one with similar spindles.
