A good place to find them is on ebay, love these, wish my father would have collected them.
You have a 1936 Zenith model 5S 126 radio . it has 5 tubes.
Goolge it and you will find more information.
Cool radio. The knobs and pointer on this black face are referred to as Lightening bolt knobs and pointer. Cool radio.
