My absolute favorite piece. It sounds incredible, better than most home stereo systems or televisions do. Fully adjustable EQ. Picked it up off a friend for next to nothing. It is clearly a newer build, as it has a built-in CD player. But the only identifiable marking on it is "1933" as you can see above the dials. I have overlooked every inch of this item (and the Internet) and cannot find out anything about where this originates from. Still a gorgeous piece of furniture.
These come from China, can be expensive!

Wow! I had no idea they were worth so much. Got it for $80. Lol. Mine is quite different from the link you sent, but that's the closest I've seen online or in person by far.
If You read the description, it said something about they could customize a cabinet for Buyers, maybe thats what someone did with this one. Added a few extras...?
