Purchased this item at an estate sale a year or so ago. I've seen similar items listed as Tiffin. I'm not entirely sold on that presumption though. Hoping someone can definitively identify this piece. It is about six inches across at the top and overall about seven inches across overall. Also about three to four inches tall. The glass is clear green with flower frog. I love this piece.

Did you ever find out who the manufacturer was? I picked up the same exact piece recently and can’t find anything about it. ???????? You’re still around after all these years to reply.

Hey Atomic. I'm still alive and I cannot believe it! Still have not figured this one out. Congratulations on finding one too. I love mine. I'll do some more investigating however I am still leaning towards Tiffin.

chataboutdg has this as unknown but possibly US Glass based on attributed
      USG pattern sans the stippling.

Hey thanks TallCakes that is some very useful information. I always attributed it to Tiffin only because they had a similar pattern. I know, very flimsy conclusion. But I do live near Tiffin Ohio and Fostoria Ohio so there are some interesting finds out there if you look.

The Tiffin plant was part of U.S. Glass Co., which was created as a conglomerate created in 1891 and eventually consisted of 18-member glass plants of the day. USG opened the Tiffin plant in 1914. So, the Tiffin connection also a possibility.
      Here's some Tiffin history:
